I served as executive chef at one of the most celebrated restaurants in Santa Barbara, Emilio’s Restaurant and bar. There I trained my staff to meticulously prepare the best food with the highest quality of ingredients from local farmers and fishermen. I went on to become the Executive Chef of Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital where I turned average hospital food into fresh daily prepared award-winning and industry gold standard culinary creations. Through the hospital network, I made contacts in local schools where I helped with training and recipe development for healthy lunch programs.

I enjoy working at PTCH and am looking forward to all the great things that we can accomplish as a non-profit. My number one goal has been and continues to be to serve the Santa Barbara community fresh, healthy and tasty food and we are doing this here at Pilgrim Terrace.
