Sponsor a Tower GardenThis program PTCH (Pilgrim Terrace Co-op Homes) project started with the partnership with Reiner Communities finalized in April of 2014. The recapitalization of Pilgrim Terrace, facilitated by a partnership with Reiner communities, provided for a comprehensive five million dollar renovation which included an $80,000 commercial kitchen. We are currently serving 120 meals per day to our residents (free of charge) and their guests ($7.50 suggested donation) with healthy Entrees and LIVE PRODUCE.

Tower Gardens Benefits

The Tower Gardens are a healthy way to grow nutritious living produce and harvest the crops for the operators own use and share with others when they have a bounty of vegetables and being initiated and are easily duplicated by others, with our help. Trade Arrangements

First Class Facility Events

In the future we are planning to offer our 1/4 acre park and facility for the purpose of partnering with selected non profits in an effort to raise funds for the betterment of the entire Santa Barbara non profit community.
